First Cardiff HPP scheme submitted

Pentan Architects are pleased to have submitted the Braunton Crescent and Clevedon Road planning application, the first of the Wates and Cardiff Council housing partnership programme projects. The development of 106 dwellings across two adjoining sites in Llanrumney includes 40 affordable units, new shared surfaces with associated landscaping and parkland improvements.

COYCHURCH ROAD ACHIEVES PLANNING

We are very pleased to hear that the planning application for our Coychurch Road housing scheme was approved at this month’s committee meeting. Designed for Hafod Housing Association, the scheme provides 48 new dwellings, including both apartments and houses, on a brown field site near the centre of Bridgend.

DYFRIG HOUSE OPENS ITS DOORS
