Pentan Architects have recently submitted a planning application for 193 new dwellings on the Willowbrook West site in St. Mellons, Cardiff. The second site in our partnership project with developer Wates and Cardiff Council proposes a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, both for sale and affordable, new public open spaces and a new wetland area. The existing mature landscape will give the scheme instant character and our new contemporary homes bringing a unique identity to this new scheme.
