On this prestigious, award-winning £3.5 million new-build residential scheme, Pentan were commissioned by client, Portabella, to develop the design from planning approval through to detail design stage. Located in the heart of the Pontcanna conservation area, the development consists of 19 townhouses with a mix of 3 to 5 bedroom properties spread across two phases: ‘The Terrace’ located on Conway Road and ‘The Cressent’, a gated development located within the grounds of the former St. Winefride’s Hospital site. The development was completed in August 2013.
