The state-of-the-art facilities include 39 self-contained flats and generous communal spaces, all arranged around a landscaped courtyard. Delivered through Partnering procurement, the £6 million Llys Ton project achieved the BREEAM Multi-Residential Project of the Year (UK) 2012.
