Phase 1 of Ringland Regeneration Secures Planning
16th Jan 2018

Pentan Architects are delighted to have secured planning permission for 56 new affordable homes on the Cot Farm site, Ringland, Newport. The development forms the first part of a significant urban regeneration masterplan of the Ringland Centre.

Our new homes have been carefully designed to fit comfortably on a complex site with new public spaces and shared surface streets. The scheme aims to provide homes that are fit for life now and into the future with particular emphasis on exploring better quality apartment living with generous terraces, balconies and storage for each resident.
